The 12.6% net yield is based on our managed sublet model, which delivers higher returns than a standard buy-to-let lease. The calculation assumes 75% occupancy across the year. We can also offer City Walk on a standard lease basis if you prefer a more conservative income profile — speak to our team about which structure suits your portfolio.
The £10,000 discount is automatic for the first 25 buyers to complete reservations. There’s no application or pre-qualification — first 25 reservations get it. The £5,000 reservation fee secures your spot in the queue, and the £10k is deducted from the final purchase price on completion.
Every City Walk apartment comes with full access to the building’s amenities (gym, concierge, gardens, coworking, leisure facilities) plus a free luxury furniture pack and £1,000 contribution toward your legal fees. Parking spaces are available at £15,000 if required. The 999-year leasehold has peppercorn ground rent.
